User Agreement

Welcome to Hinge, a photo processing application that allows you to crop images, apply blur effects, and remove EXIF metadata. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Hinge application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using Hinge, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hinge. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Hinge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Upload or process content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or security

3. User Content

You retain full ownership of any images you upload or process using Hinge. However, you are solely responsible for the content you use within the App.

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You have the necessary rights to use and edit the images

• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

Hinge does not claim ownership of your content and does not store your images beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data. By using Hinge, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, features, and underlying technology, are owned by Hinge or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

• Use any part of the App for commercial purposes without authorization

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Hinge available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time

• Introduce new features or remove existing ones without prior notice

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Accuracy or reliability of the App

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hinge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Data loss

• Loss of profits

• Service interruptions

arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in harmful behavior.

You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be effective once posted, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
